With over ten years of experience, I’ve supported countless individuals and their families, providing personalized guidance that makes managing diabetes more manageable and less daunting. I understand the daily challenges you face – from monitoring blood sugar levels to making food choices that fit your lifestyle. My goal is to help you make sustainable changes that lead to real improvements in your health and quality of life.
Starting as a Health Coach, I earned certifications as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor. I then earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences-Dietetics from UC Berkeley, ultimately becoming a Registered Dietitian. Being fluent in Spanish, my approach is compassionate and culturally sensitive.
