What Our Patients Are Saying
“Diabetes Digital has been just what I needed since my doctor told me I needed to lower my A1C. After my diagnosis, I was provided almost no education about what to do. I am so glad that I came across this group. My clinician has been very thoughtful in providing education, support, and encouragement. I feel more empowered and less worried about how to care for my body since I started.”
— Casey G.
“I have nothing but amazing things to say about Diabetes Digital! Everything about my experience with DD has been easy and helpful! They accept almost insurances and I’ve never had to pay more than a co pay at the most! My RD has single handedly help me get my A1C down to a normal level with simple dietary changes! Please please give DD a call if you need help with anything Diabetes related!”
— Carrie B.
“My experience with the team has been amazing and exactly what I was looking for. I love chatting about food and recipes with Tiana and it feels like I’m chatting with a friend when we talk. She takes such a joy in how she views food and has the nutritional knowledge to back it up. Also, I recommend checking out the site. As a Jamaican, I’m happy to see ethnic foods factored into the conversation and food lists.”
— Simone B.

Step 1: Make An Appointment
Take our quiz to get started. We’ll verify your insurance coverage in 1-2 days and get in touch to confirm your first appointment.
Step 2: Complete Your Initial Assessment
We’ll get to know you, your health history, what has worked for you and what hasn’t. We’ll learn what your life actually looks like, judgement free. We’ll also order labs (A1c, fasting glucose, and lipids).
Step 3: Attend Weekly Sessions
Meet with your dietitian 1:1 each week (12 weeks minimum) for personalized diabetes nutrition counseling online. Discuss blood sugar patterns, meal planning, stress, emotional eating, movement, and more.
Step 4: Measure Progress & Build Independence
We’ll review what’s working, fine-tune what isn’t, and build the confidence to manage on your own.
