Verify Your Insurance

How it works:

Start by completing our get started quiz and booking your dietitian. We’ll verify your insurance benefits within 24 business hours and confirm your appointment if you’re in-network. If you’re out-of-network, we’ll provide information about our affordable self-pay plans.

Begin with an in-depth initial consultation with your registered dietitian. During this session, we will order labs, including A1c, fasting glucose, and lipids, to assess your current health status. Alternatively, if your medical provider has conducted these labs within the last 30 days, you can upload the results to our secure message system, and we’ll add them to your chart.

Engage in structured, personalized 1:1 sessions with your dietitian every week. Our diverse team of experienced dietitians will support you in making sustainable lifestyle changes to lower your A1c and improve your relationship with food. Topics include an initial assessment, personalized nutrition plan, joyful movement, hydration, nutritious breakfasts, meal timing, reducing added sugars, boosting fiber intake, powering up on protein, incorporating healthy fats, managing stress and improving sleep, and celebrating your success.

At the end of the 12-week program, we will order labs again to assess your progress. Based on your A1c results and overall progress, we’ll create a long-term plan to help you maintain and continue your health improvements.

What Clients Are Saying

Thank YOU for creating Diabetes Digital! I had no plans to work with a dietician because I was worried about feeling shame around my diagnosis as well as slipping back into disordered eating practices and ridiculous exercise habits. We’ve set some really small and attainable goals that we’re hoping with have a great impact on my A1C level in three months. We’re not cutting out foods. We’re looking at all facets of life (stress, sleep, what medications I’m taking, perimenopause), and it was made absolutely clear to me that pre-diabetes is not my fault. I felt so positive after my meeting with Teela and look forward to working with her again.
As a first timer to one-on-one coaching, Carmelita was very warm and welcoming. I have already recommended Diabetes Digital to a few friends because of the easy to use platform, the great service I have received so far from sign up to becoming a client, and can see myself actually seeing through any goals I create with my dietitian because of the great support.
My dietitian Lauryn was so warm and friendly! She put me at ease immediately and made me feel safe to be honest about my struggles, goals, and overall health. I've never been excited to work with a dietitian until now. :)
Working with Diabetes Digital's telehealth platform has been a game-changer for me in managing my diabetes. The convenience of accessing a registered dietitian from the comfort of my home has made a world of difference. I am so excited to have a dedicated team that will support me in managing my diabetes!
Jenny is simply amazing! Working with her has greatly enriched my knowledge about managing diabetes, and has empowered me to feel confident and able to make sustainable choices to improve my health. This is the first time I have ever had consistently looked forward to meeting with a healthcare practitioner. Her knowledge, compassion and ability to work through a weight inclusive lens is just what I needed! I have been referring people already. My Aunt has her first appointment next week, and I know that working with you all will be life changing for her.
Jenny Fernandez was great to work with. She was knowledgeable and empathetic. I could not have asked for more. I was on the fence about joining because I knew I needed to address my disordered eating with a mental health professional. While I know it requires a balance with nutritional counseling, I feel comfortable and confident in my nutrition education and that journey has already helped me get as far as I am today.
Lauryn is fantastic! I’m excited to continue our work together. She’s already educating me on small changes and is incredibly kind and sensitive. Plus she’s a joy to talk to. I appreciated her going through my recent test results to see how I’m doing with diabetes prevention and cholesterol management. I’m so thankful for this opportunity. Thanks for starting this organization.
I liked Teela’s gradual approach. She doesn’t make me feel overwhelmed with too much information in too little time.
It was very positive! I felt heard, supported, and respected. I also received specific, very helpful recommendations. Truly, it was excellent!
Isabel was very nice and personable. She was good at planning out the meeting for the day and then steering our chat in the right direction. She was good at asking her questions and allowing me to answer her, fully. Also, she was not judgemental. She listened to my thoughts and answers and then acknowledged what I was saying.
Fernando is a good listener and very knowledgeable. He provides actionable insights and takes into consideration my experiences and how that affects eating and nutrition.
I loved the walk through of my test results.  I also appreciated how much time and care given for the session.  I felt heard and motivated. I'm excited about working together.
Lauren is absolutely amazing! I look forward to our sessions.
I enjoyed talking with Jenny. She listened to my needs and made small doable suggestions. She did not try to throw a lot of information at me at once. I felt comfortable with her and did not feel intimidated at all.
Carmelita exceeded my expectations. She was kind, knowledgeable and helpful with a difficult n situation.
