About Kendra
Hi there!
I’m Kendra Taylor, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes while building a healthier, more positive relationship with food. I believe nutrition should be personalized, realistic, and centered around your individual needs, preferences, and goals.
I specialize in prediabetes, diabetes, heart health, and GLP-1 nutrition support. My goal is to help you manage your health while still enjoying the foods you love. I believe lasting change takes time, and giving yourself grace throughout the process is an important part of the journey. My approach is supportive and encouraging, and I’ll be here to help you navigate challenges, celebrate your progress, and build confidence along the way.
My Ideal Client
My ideal client is looking for practical nutrition support that feels sustainable and realistic. They may be navigating prediabetes, diabetes, or heart health concerns, or looking for support while taking a GLP-1 medication.
I can help you build sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that support your health whether you plan to use medication for a short period of time or continue it long term. Together, we’ll focus on creating habits that can fit into your everyday life and support your health beyond any specific treatment plan.
If you’re ready to make meaningful changes but aren’t sure where to start, we’ll work together to create an approach that supports your health while fitting into your lifestyle.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
Our sessions are a supportive and personalized space where you can ask questions, talk through challenges, and learn strategies that work for you. We’ll focus on evidence-based nutrition education and realistic lifestyle changes that you can build into your routine over time.
My goal is to help you feel more confident managing your health while creating habits that are sustainable for the long term. There’s no expectation to be perfect. We’ll focus on progress, give yourself grace along the way, and celebrate your wins together.
More About Me
Outside of seeing clients, I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with my family. I believe a little encouragement can go a long way, and I love supporting clients as they work toward their goals.
