Are you in your 30s and starting to feel more curious about your health and well-being?
Maybe you were recently diagnosed with prediabetes or diabetes…
Or you’ve been living with diabetes for years, but your approach to nutrition feels stressful, confusing, or just plain exhausting.
I see you—because I’ve been there too.
I’m Jenny, a registered dietitian and first-generation Latina living with type 1 diabetes. Growing up surrounded by diet culture (hello, early 2000s!) and misinformation, I spent years believing that managing blood sugar meant cutting carbs and following rigid food rules. That mindset left me burnt out, disconnected from my body, and constantly second-guessing my choices.
Now, my mission is to support women who are done with fads and trendy wellness advice and are ready for something more sustainable that meets them where they are in their life.
I work 1:1 with women navigating type 1 and 2 diabetes, LADA, insulin resistance, PCOS, or prediabetes. Many of my clients are juggling busy lives and are simply looking for a more supportive way to nourish their bodies, one that feels realistic, personalized, and free from restriction.
Together, we build nourishing, realistic routines that support blood sugar balance and hormone health. My approach is about more than just food. It’s about building habits that work with your life and your body.
My ideal client isn’t chasing perfection.
More about me: I live in Austin and am a proud dog mom. I love a slow morning. Most days you’ll find me soaking up the sun on a walk, iced vanilla latte in hand, and a podcast playing. I’m a big fan of live music (give me an early 2000s playlist any day!), pottery, Peloton rides, travel and culture, and discovering the best local food spots.
What to expect when we work together: Working with me feels supportive and collaborative. Together, we create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. My approach is holistic and client-centered, focusing not just on what you eat, but also on how you’re feeling, living, and caring for yourself day to day.
