Hi, I’m Anna Bohigian, a Registered Dietitian based in Orange County, California. I take a holistic and individualized approach to care because I believe no two people are the same when it comes to their health. My goal is to help clients develop a balanced and mindful relationship with food while addressing their unique needs and concerns.
I have experience in digestive health, nervous system support, and working with individuals who have struggled with disordered eating patterns. I understand the deep connection between the gut, brain, and body, and I incorporate this knowledge into my practice to help clients find relief, nourishment, and sustainability in their eating habits.
I take a compassionate and collaborative approach, meeting each person where they are. Whether you’re navigating food-related anxiety, digestive discomfort, or a complicated history with eating, I’m here to provide support, education, and practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. My goal is to help you feel safe in your body, trust your intuition, and create a foundation of nourishment that works for you.
I grew up immersed in Armenian culture, cooking traditional recipes with my family. We even created an Armenian cookbook with generations of recipes. I understand the importance of enjoying the foods you love, and I help my clients incorporate their favorite cultural foods into their lives.
If you’re looking for a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore your relationship with food and health, I’d love to work with you.
