Do you feel like your relationship with food has become more confusing than supportive? Maybe you’re dealing with digestive discomfort, food anxiety, or feeling like your body isn’t responding the way it used to.
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I’m Anna, a Registered Dietitian based in Orange County, California. I specialize in nervous system-informed nutrition care and digestive health, with a focus on helping clients rebuild trust with their bodies and food.
I work with people who have a history of disordered eating, chronic GI issues, or are navigating food-related stress and overwhelm. Together, we create sustainable routines that support nourishment, relief, and ease—not rigidity or perfectionism.
My approach is holistic and individualized. I weave together the science of nutrition with an understanding of the gut-brain connection, practical tools for everyday life, and a deep respect for cultural and emotional relationships with food.
I grew up in an Armenian household where food was love, community, and tradition. My family even created a cookbook to preserve generations of recipes. That upbringing is central to how I work—I help clients stay connected to the foods they enjoy while supporting their health goals.
My ideal client isn’t looking for a quick fix.
What to expect: Sessions are warm, validating, and deeply personal. We’ll move at your pace, clarify your needs, and create routines that support your life—whether you’re managing symptoms or working toward long-term change.
