Hey there! I’m Grace, a Registered Dietitian based in Portland, OR, passionate about helping you feel your best through personalized, sustainable nutrition.
My journey into nutrition began with my own experience. During my senior year of high school, I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and after working with a dietitian and making changes to my diet, I experienced a powerful shift in my energy, mood, and overall well-being. That experience showed me firsthand just how impactful nutrition can be—and ultimately inspired me to pursue this field.
Through both my personal and professional journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how chronic health conditions can affect nutritional status and day-to-day life. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating chronic conditions, helping them build confidence and find strategies that feel manageable, realistic, and sustainable long term.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and empowering. Together, we’ll create a space where you can learn, grow, and build the skills needed to make lasting changes. I believe nutrition therapy should feel approachable and individualized, and I’m here to help you develop tools that support your health in a way that fits your life.
When I’m not working with clients, you can find me hiking, baking (I’m currently working on perfecting my banana bread recipe), spending time at my local coffee shop, or soaking up the sun whenever I can.
I’m so excited to work with you and support you on your journey!
