Hey there! I’m a bilingual Registered Dietitian based in San Diego, CA, dedicated to helping you learn how to eat rather than how to diet.
With over 10 years of experience in both one-on-one and group settings, I’ve supported individuals across all stages of life—from babies and breastfeeding mothers to children and adults. I take a practical, compassionate, and empowering approach, translating the science of nutrition into everyday habits that feel realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.
My philosophy is rooted in empowerment. Together, we’ll focus on building a positive relationship with food, understanding your body, and developing confidence in your choices—without restriction or guilt. I believe nutrition should feel freeing, not overwhelming, and that small, consistent changes can lead to meaningful, lasting results.
As someone with a Mexican cultural background, I deeply value the role that culture and tradition play in how we nourish ourselves. I strive to help clients honor their heritage while supporting their health goals in a way that feels authentic and balanced.
When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time with my family, who have always been my biggest supporters. I also adore my schnauzer, Louie, who keeps life fun with his love for playtime and long walks. Staying active is important to me, so you’ll often find me taking yoga, sculpt, pilates, or cycling classes. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and foods—it continually inspires both my personal life and my work.
I’m truly excited to work with you and help you discover how enjoyable, nourishing, and freeing food can be!
