Hello! I’m Nikki a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Specialist here to help you feel your best from the inside out.
I’ve spent most of my career as a dietitian in skilled nursing, eating disorder and addiction treatment, and outpatient counseling. However, I’ve always found the most fulfillment in the 1:1 counseling I get to do with my patients. I’ve worked with individuals with a wide range of conditions including PCOS, pre-diabetes, and Hashimoto’s. While implementing sustainable behavior changes towards a healthier life, my clients also develop a loving relationship towards food, their body, and their mind.
I knew I wanted to be a dietitian since high school, but after completing my undergraduate degree I felt unfulfilled from learning about nutrition only through the conventional lens and decided to continue my education in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. After receiving my Masters I decided to pursue a dual tract certification as a CNS and RDN.
I’m anti-diet, pro-choice, and passionate about helping women no longer feel like they’re at war with their own bodies. I’m a proud first generation Iranian-American born and raised in the sunny Los Angeles, CA. Whether I’m hiking, walking along the beach, shopping at the farmers market, or going for a bike ride, I am at my happiest when I’m outside.
