Hi! I’m Tiana Lavin (she/her), a Registered Dietitian who works with adults seeking balance between enjoying food and managing blood sugars in a sustainable, real-life way. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, burned out, or just want to understand your body better, I’m here to support your growth—without judgment or quick fixes.
I specialize in helping people understand and optimize diabetes technology (CGMs, insulin pumps), build flexible nutrition routines, and shift toward long-term health that doesn’t feel restrictive.
Living with type 1 diabetes has given me firsthand experience of what it’s like to navigate tech, burnout, and a healthcare system that doesn’t always listen. I know what it feels like to count carbs, use CGMs, and advocate for your own needs—and I bring that personal insight into every session.
My ideal client:
More about me:
I live with type 1 diabetes and use a continuous glucose monitor daily. That lived experience helps me connect deeply with the emotional and practical challenges my clients face.
Outside of sessions, you can find me on the pickleball court, treasure hunting at thrift shops, or enjoying the California coast.
