Hi! I’m Jessica, a Registered Dietitian, food lover, and mother of two high-energy children. I’ve offered nutrition counseling since 2007, but my passion for the field began in high school when I struggled with binge eating, fad diets, and negative body image. Along with my personal experience navigating ADHD, thyroid and autoimmune issues, preeclampsia, and high blood sugar during pregnancy, I understand the challenges of managing health amidst the constant barrage of diet trends.
My expertise includes simplifying meal planning and grocery shopping to make it easier for clients to stay on track while enjoying food. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, public health, behavioral centers, fitness resorts, and food service programs. However, my favorite part of my career is working one-on-one with clients, helping them find practical solutions to manage health conditions like prediabetes, PCOS, gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
As someone who is neurodivergent and living with ADHD, I bring a unique perspective and empathy to my work, particularly when supporting clients who are also neurodivergent. I am passionate about helping individuals with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits develop realistic, sustainable strategies for managing their health, ensuring their plans are tailored to fit their strengths and needs.
With a focus on intuitive eating, my goal is to help clients build peace with food and their bodies, steering them away from the frustrations of yo-yo dieting and food-related mental struggles. I’m committed to guiding clients toward healthier, sustainable habits that allow them to enjoy food and meet their health goals. Fluent in English and with a cultural background of Hungarian and German descent, I’m ready to help anyone who is ready to make a change and break free from the cycle of dieting.
