I’ve worked with clients managing conditions like pre-diabetes, diabetes, heart disease, and GI issues, and I also have a background in supporting low-income individuals and families, running medically tailored food programs, and crafting delicious, nutritious recipes.
As someone with a Middle Eastern background and a love for diverse food traditions, I believe food should be both nourishing and enjoyable. My clients and I celebrate culture and flavor in every step of the process!
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen baking all kinds of sourdough goods, walking my dog Cashew, enjoying an espresso, or boxing (it’s become one of my favorite ways to recharge!).
