When Wendy and I sat down to record this episode, it felt different in the best way. We took a moment to pause and reflect on what it actually looks like to build a telehealth diabetes practice while living real lives and navigating growth, uncertainty, and a lot of learning along the way. People have been asking us for more behind-the-scenes moments, more honesty, more context around how Diabetes Digital is evolving. This episode was our chance to share that. Listen to it here or read our recap below.

Why this moment felt worth pausing for
Diabetes Digital started with a very clear mission. We wanted to create a place where people with diabetes and prediabetes could get care that respected their bodies, their culture, and their lived experience. Focused on behavior change and relationship with food, not fear or shame.
What we did not fully grasp at the beginning was how quickly it would grow. Since launching in early 2024, we have worked with more than 1,500 patients and completed over 11,000 visits. That number still doesn’t feel real when I say it out loud. Each visit represents a real person trusting us with their health, their labs, their fears, and often years of complicated food history.
We had heard so many powerful stories from patients and referring providers. We had seen individual lab improvements. But last year, we decided it was time to look at the data across the entire clinic. Not just anecdotes to get the full picture. So we hired a data analyst and reviewed outcomes clinic-wide.
What we found honestly stopped me in my tracks.

What the data actually showed
For patients with type 2 diabetes, the average A1c dropped by 1 percent within six months. That is huge. Someone starting at an A1c of 7.5 landing closer to 6.5 changes how they feel day to day and how providers think about long-term risk.
What stood out even more was that these improvements held steady at the one-year mark. This wasn’t short-term behavior change driven by restriction. These were habits people could maintain.
We also saw meaningful improvements in fasting glucose, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, and total cholesterol. Fasting glucose dropped by an average of 32 points. Total cholesterol dropped around 20 points.
Ninety-six percent of patients reported an improved relationship with food. Reduced guilt. More flexibility. More balance. The same percentage reported adopting positive wellness behaviors. And every single patient surveyed said they felt confident maintaining their habits.
Why we decided to cover labs this January
Because of those outcomes, we wanted to lower the barrier even more for people who have been thinking about working with a dietitian but waiting for the “right time.” If you start care this month and complete your first visit, we are covering a full lab panel including A1c, cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, and fasting glucose. Labs are completed through LabCorp, with a few state-based exceptions due to regulations.
This decision came directly from seeing the data and hearing patient stories. Labs help guide care. They help people understand what’s changing. Removing that cost felt aligned with our values and our trust in the process.

Growing a business without losing the heart
Year two of Diabetes Digital has felt fast. Energizing. Sometimes overwhelming. Wendy and I talk often about how different this business feels compared to our previous work. Telehealth comes with regulations, insurance contracts, and operational complexity that never really slow down. There is always something new to learn or adjust.
For me, the biggest personal shift has been learning how to protect focus and energy. I am someone with ADHD who thrives on structure when it actually reflects reality. Time blocking changed how I work, but only once I stopped overloading my schedule with unrealistic expectations. Building in time for strategy, quality control, and relationship building has helped me work fewer hours while doing more meaningful work.
We also intentionally built a work culture that values rest. Full-time team members work half days on Fridays. That boundary matters, even when it takes effort to protect it.
Building a team we are proud of
We now have 13 dietitians on the Diabetes Digital team. They are the reason this work is possible. Last year, we hosted our first in-person team retreat in Palm Springs, which was filled with laughter, and rest. Watching our team build relationships outside of clinical care reinforced everything we believe about sustainable healthcare work.
We also invested heavily in training. Our dietitians participate in ongoing continuing education with standards higher than any workplace I’ve been part of. This year, we became able to offer continuing education credits internally, meaning our team earns required professional credits simply by working and learning together.

What providers and patients are telling us
One of the moments that stuck with me most this year was feedback from a referring physician who shared that her patients felt deeply supported by our dietitians. She described the care as practical, actionable, and emotionally attuned. She shared that this level of diabetes support was something her practice had never been able to offer before.
Patients tell us similar things. They talk about finally feeling understood. About food conversations that feel grounded instead of overwhelming. About changes that feel doable in the context of real life. Those messages make every late night worth it.
Looking ahead with intention
As we move further into year two, my focus is on growing and nurturing our provider referral network. Podcast listeners find us organically, which we love, but building long-term referral relationships allows us to reach people who may never seek out nutrition support on their own. Meeting providers in the community, showing up at events, and having real conversations has become one of my favorite parts of the work.
I believe in this model deeply. I believe in our team. I believe people deserve diabetes care that respects their humanity.
This business does not exist to disrupt for disruption’s sake. It exists to do solid, ethical work and support both patients and providers in a system that often makes care harder than it needs to be.

Welcome back to another episode of the Diabetes Digital Podcast hosted by Food Heaven.
Today we want to do a life catch up.
We mentioned before you guys have been wanting to know more about what is going on with us, what is going on with the business, with personal life, and just getting more insight into the behind the scenes of it all.
0:27
Diabetes aside, welcome to the Diabetes Digital podcast.
I’m Wendy.
And I’m Jess, and we’re best friends, registered dietitians and diabetes educators.
Through our telehealth platform, Diabetes digital.co, we offer accessible and personalized virtual nutrition counseling for people with diabetes and pre diabetes.
0:46
Visit diabetesdigital.co that’s Co to book your first appointment.
We accept insurance and offer affordable self pay options.
Now let’s get into today’s episode.
So I have some really exciting news to share.
1:02
If you are new here, I just have to give you a little bit of context.
So at Diabetes Digital, we are a team of dietitians and our mission is to help people improve their blood sugar and metabolic health through weight inclusive, culturally humble nutrition behavior coaching that focuses on helping people improve their relationship with food.
1:22
And we have seen 1500 patients since we started at the beginning of 2024 and we’ve done 11,000 visits, which I can’t even believe.
That’s insane.
We’ve heard a lot from our patients anecdotally and we’ve seen lab values anecdotally that they’re having these big changes.
1:40
But we wanted to look clinic wide in all of the data and see what it was telling us.
So we hired a data analyst and I, for one, almost fell out my seat when I saw the results of our work with patients.
So I’m going to go through them very quickly.
1:55
And then I’m going to tell you a very special offer that we have for people in January.
So if you have been thinking about working with a dietitian, if you’ve been putting it off and waiting for the perfect time to start, it is now.
So in terms of the outcomes for people with type 2 diabetes, we looked at A1C, which is the average marker of your blood sugar over a three month period of time.
2:19
And what we found was on average our patients A1C dropped by 1% in six months, which is amazing.
So for example, if somebody with diabetes started it with an A1C of 7.5%, on average it would land at 6.5%.
2:40
This is better than the industry standard.
It’s also in half the time.
Typically it can take up to a year to see these changes, but we’re seeing them in six months.
And we tested people at six months and also at a year and we found that by the year mark they still had the improvement.
2:57
So it wasn’t something that was short term and it it wasn’t habits that they couldn’t maintain.
The other things we looked at were cholesterol.
We looked at fasting glucose, we looked at triglycerides, we looked at LDL cholesterol and all of those saw drops.
3:13
So for example, fasting glucose dropped 32 points, total cholesterol dropped 20 points, LDL dropped 10 points.
It honestly like blew all of our mind.
Now, some other things that I really love to hear was that 96% of our patients said that they improve their relationship with food and they cited things like more balanced eating patterns, more flexible mindset around food, reduced food guilt.
3:38
I was just so happy to see it.
Also, 96% said that they feel like they’ve adopted positive Wellness behaviors and 100% said that they felt confident maintaining their habits.
So with all of this in mind, if you start care this month and you have your visit with your dietitian, we are going to pay for your A1C, your cholesterol, your LDL, your triglycerides, your fasting glucose, your HDL.
4:04
Now you’re going to have to get your labs at LabCorp because that’s a clinic that we are partnering with.
And one caveat is, unfortunately, this is not going to apply to people in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
You guys just have different state laws when it comes to labs.
So if you want to get the labs done, head over to diabetesdigital.co thats.co slash quiz sign up.
4:27
Have your first visit and tell your Rd. that you want your free labs.
Again, that’s diabetes digital.co slash quiz sign up, tell your Rd. you want the labs.
Now is the time.
Now let’s get to the episode.
We wanted to do a catch up session with you all and let you all know how things are going for Diabetes Digital.
4:46
This is now year 2, which is crazy.
Where does time go?
Yeah, time has a little been flying Diabetes Digital.
It continues to grow very quickly.
And so I thought we could kick off this episode by just sharing how we’re feeling about entering a new year, of having this business, what the past year, the past few months have been like.
5:14
So, Jess, how are you feeling about things?
I’m feeling really great.
I feel very happy, very grateful.
There obviously are always challenges with business and really just like the landscape of nutrition counseling in general.
5:32
But besides that, like, I think it’s been amazing for me.
Yeah.
What about you?
Yeah, I feel like I’m always on my toes.
Something new is always on the horizon.
And that’s just having a business, right?
Like you have to always stay on top of the changing landscape, especially when you have a business like ours.
5:53
You have to stay on top of the regulations.
You got to stay on top of, you know, all the different insurance contracts like, you know, a telehealth, it’s it has its its own set of things that you have to be on top of.
But that that’s the case with any business if you want to continue to innovate and evolve the business, right.
6:12
So there’s never a dull moment.
And that’s been an adjustment because I feel like with our previous business, Food Heaven, it was just there were so many things that were different about what we were doing.
It did feel more consistent because we were doing it for so long.
6:28
With this business, it’s just like constant change, you know?
But I do feel like I am very much used to it at this point and it doesn’t really bother me.
So yeah, that’s how it’s been.
6:45
For me, cool.
OK, I’ll get.
I want to give a couple of highlights actually of the last year ’cause I wrote this post for LinkedIn, our diabetes digital wrapped like stealing from Spotify.
So couple highlights. 1 is we’ve had 10,000 visits so far, which is insane.
7:05
That means like 10,000 hour long sessions with our dietitians.
Second thing is we have had over 150 providers at some point or another refer to diabetes Digital, which is also insane.
7:23
And we are working so hard on building our provider network as well as like getting providers not only to refer once or twice, but to stay consistently referring.
So that’s something cool also to see like people go from just like 1 referral to two to three to 10 to 20 to 25.
7:44
So that’s nice.
The other exciting thing is we now have 13 dietitians and we’re so excited.
We have the most amazing team and last year we did our first ever annual retreat with our dietitians, which was so fun.
8:02
We did it in Palm Springs.
It was nothing about work.
We just had the most amazing, like bonding weekend, all these different activities, classes.
We did a drag show tour, like on a bus.
It was like crazy.
8:19
Yes, hibachi dinners.
Lots of friends were telling me they’re now coming to our next retreat.
And I’m like, I’m like girl.
It’s not open.
Yeah, people are like.
They’re like, I’m coming, I’m like OK, or like it was so fun.
8:36
It was so fun.
They’re like, are you guys hiring?
So yes, I think that’s been really nice.
Another highlight is we just found out this year we’re able to, we, we do a lot of continuing education with our dietitians and we have like very high standards.
8:51
So you’re getting like good quality care.
Like trust me when I tell you the highest standards of anywhere I’ve ever worked.
And one of the things because we’re already doing all this continuing education, we were like, it would be nice if the dietitians could get credit for it so that it counts towards like RCE requirements as a profession.
9:13
So now Nikki and Wendy have worked on.
Nikki, who is our amazing clinical manager has worked on being able to offer our dietitians up to like 20 CE us a year, which like just working here, they’re going to get all their CE us.
So that’s another highlight.
Anything on your end you can think of?
9:30
Another highlight is all of the classes that we’ve been able to do throughout the year.
So we are able to offer free classes to our patients.
Their insurance will cover the class.
So we’ve done yoga classes, we’ve done classes for people that have PCOS, perimenopause, body image.
9:50
It’s it’s like a great way for people to get together in a more intimate setting and support each other.
It’s all led by one of our dietitians.
So that has been really great as well.
And the nice thing is that as we expand our team, we’re able to have more specialties and serve more people because a lot of our dietitians, they speak Spanish along with other languages.
10:15
We have dietitians who have specialties in PCOS and type 1 diabetes and ADHD and nervous system regulation.
So it’s great because we’re able to, yeah, just have these different specialties that we can offer our patients.
10:32
So that’s been another highlight.
Yes, love it.
How have you been discussions for you Wendy?
Balancing life, work, family and creativity with being a Co founder of a growing business.
That’s a really good question.
10:49
Boundaries, I think has been the ongoing theme in life, just having boundaries around work.
I do like the flexibility though, of, you know, just kind of being able to have flexibility around those boundaries because sometimes I’m like, oh, I’ll work into the evening, I’ll work on the weekend.
11:09
But it’s not like I feel pressured to do it.
Or I’m like, Oh my God, I’m going to get fired if if I don’t get these things done because it’s nice.
It’s my own business, but yeah, I feel like I’m pretty good at checking out with myself about what balance looks like, and I like having flexibility around what that means for me.
11:28
But yeah, I feel like I’m really intentional around spending time with loved ones around having creative outlets.
For this year.
A couple things that I want to do is 1 is swimming classes, which I’ve been putting off for a while, but I already looked up the school that I want to join, and Gabe and I are going to do it together.
11:52
He knows how to swim, but he wants to just like refine his skills.
Line dancing, which is big in the South.
And I already have my fan, so I’m ready to join as well.
And yes, I know the school as well, so that’s another one.
12:08
And quilting, I wanna get into quilting.
They have classes here for that too ’cause there’s so much history, especially in the South, around quilting and black communities, and just like incorporating meaning into your quilting.
12:25
So that’s something that I’m excited to do creatively as well.
What about you love it great question So with the balance, there was a period I think every quarter I go through periods of like, Oh my gosh, it’s too much like I started to notice a pattern.
I was like, am I the problem where I’m just like, why am I working 50 hours like what’s going on?
12:44
And then I realized my problem with the help of my great confidant ChatGPT, because I do like time blocking.
So for people with ADHD, you have to come up with like things that work for you.
13:00
Time blocking works so well for me.
Like I, you would think I’m the, in my opinion, like the most efficient focused person.
I mean, I don’t know, but I feel like that with the time blocking, which just means like you, you’re saying like, OK, these this two hours of doing this.
13:16
So I time block my whole day.
So the reason why I can ask chat is because whatever I do is in there and I update the time based on how long I spent on it.
And I was like, chat, what is going on?
Why am I working 50 hours sometimes more?
And it was like, girl, you ain’t doing the right things.
So I, I redid my schedule and I feel so good about it.
13:36
And it is, it’s just a little more realistic because I’ll be like, OK, in 15 minutes, I want to do this and in the next 15 minutes and then 15.
And it’s like, OK, that’s too many things.
And also you should be focused on business development and like these other things.
So it feels like I’m even getting more done now that I have more of a laser focus on what I am doing.
13:58
So it’s like strategy managing.
Like before, I wouldn’t have any time in my schedule for like quality control, which is not a good thing, right?
Like or looking, I would just be more focused on like what is my task?
But it’s like, OK, well this is your company.
You need to be able to like delegate and look at the bigger picture and actually have blocked time.
14:15
Like I would just do that time and other time.
So that’s some things like for me for balance that have been helping.
And then the other thing that’s theoretically supposed to help us with balance is like any of our full time R DS.
We don’t work Friday afternoons, so we just work half days on Fridays.
14:33
So our full time work week for R DS is 36 hours and we’re supposed to have that schedule too.
But I was typically just working the full day Friday and sometimes even later because it’s quieter.
So now I like really try hard to not start new projects like Friday, just focus on like the things I already have on my schedule like budgets or provider meetings.
14:54
So I feel like it’s gotten better for sure, but with family and friends, like I learned this year, as as long as I’m or last year really as long as I’m like rested and regulated, I’m actually an extrovert.
Surprise, surprise, like plot twist, if I’m not rested and regulated, I’m a complete like it.
15:18
Maybe it’s I don’t know, but like I need to keep to myself, but I now know if I’m not.
And so it’s like, oh, I’m not in the mood.
So anyway, I started to say like I can go out a lot these days, like with friends, family doesn’t feel like anything versus before when I was struggling a lot more.
It just felt overwhelming.
15:35
So that’s good.
And then creativity wise, I would say like every year my goal is to do my stand up performance.
And so I just kind of work on it throughout the year, like add things.
It takes me a while, but I like to do 1 performance a year.
15:51
So I did 2024-2025 and then 2026 probably going to do in May.
And then I don’t, I need to like maybe do more creative things.
But the other thing I really enjoy is puzzling.
So just doing.
We’re doing puzzling.
16:08
Oh.
My God, I did the puzzle.
Yeah, that you got me.
Thank you so much.
It was really hard and good.
Is Dave doing it?
Yeah.
So we’ve been doing it like after work.
It’s how we like decompress and touch base.
Love it.
Oh, that’s so cute.
We have like 1000 piece one.
16:25
Well, how many pieces was the one I got for you?
500.
OK, it’s pretty.
Hard thousand.
Yeah.
Yeah, that’s a lot.
I think, yeah, we jumped right in because we’re not puzzlers.
So we jumped into like the really hard one.
But it’s been great because we’ll like debrief about our day and then it kind of helps to like just focus the mind after being on the computer all day.
16:44
It’s nice.
I love it and I think it’s really good for those ADHD years out there who have like the hyper focus.
It’s really like a hyper.
I mean, sometimes too, I’m like, I got to pull away.
But yeah, like I get really hyper focused.
16:59
Like I could do that all day.
But yeah, I think puzzling for me works really well.
I tried the the knitting.
It’s just not my thing.
And I don’t know, maybe I’ll explore more creative things, but I also just like working out.
That’s really like helps my mental health so much and rest and reading and writing.
17:22
But I need to, not need to.
It would be nice to be able to do more of that when I can.
All right, now next reflection.
What do you hope to do more of in Year 2 dose with Diabetes Digital?
I think for this year, going on our third year, I want to focus mostly on just growing our provider network for our new patients.
17:50
Bless you all.
A lot of you guys come from this podcast and when we do appearances guesting on other podcasts, however, that relies on us to do the guesting on the podcast.
There’s also only so many podcasts you can go on.
18:06
So building the referral provider network and really like nurturing the relationships of the referring providers that we currently have probably even most important is exciting to me and just like getting out and meeting people in the community.
So that’s what I started doing last year again, freeing up my time from maybe instead of doing, well, I still like that stuff like designing a flyer, I’ll still do that, but maybe I’ll design it when I have the time block versus like, oh, I’m in the mood to design A flyer right now, but I shouldn’t be doing this.
18:35
So now that I have my time, a little like organized to better support this, I’m able to go out, meet other providers in the community and that’s been really, really cool.
Go to networking events.
So maybe yeah, for this year, like my goal is to maybe even do 1 networking event in a different state, which I think could be cool, and just have more providers learn about DD because honestly, I think it’s almost like too good to be true.
19:04
I will say, like, I feel like what I meet with people, they’re always like thinking.
It just feels like they’re thinking what’s the catch?
Because it’s like we’re way inclusive.
We are, we take insurance all we take Medicare now we’re taking Medicaid in California.
It’s, you know, women of color run a very diverse team.
19:23
Like all the things we take this like behavior approach, high quality training, like good outcomes.
So I feel like they’re just like.
But yeah, is this a scam?
It’s.
Like is this an MLM?
Like what is happening?
19:38
And it’s like, no guys, it’s just a good solid company that I So I think my point is because I believe in it so well, it’s like an easy sell for me to talk to people about it.
And so just want to get to how more people learn about it and realize how amazing our work is, our dietitians are.
19:56
And so that’s my goal.
What about you?
Yeah.
So just as more of the external relationships, I do more of the internal organizational development, I’m working with our dietitians and so I’m going to go with.
20:14
Optimizing our dietitians roles so that they are really leaning into their strengths because we have different dietitians with different strengths.
Some of them are full time, a good amount of them actually are full time.
And sometimes we’re kind of scrambling to figure out, okay, who should do this and who should do that.
20:30
We’re kind of like passing things around.
And so for this year, I really want to streamline that so that people know exactly what their role is and they’re really good at doing what it is that they’re doing.
And as a result, they’re very efficient and they’re able to like kind of level it up because we’ve implemented a lot of new things this past year.
20:55
And so I’m hoping that for 2026, it’s like, OK, now that we know everyone strains, we have all these ideas we can really like lean into just, I don’t want to say perfecting, you know, our approach with with different, you know, with everyone on the team, but more so just like making it better, mastering our approach.
21:16
And I think that we’re going to be, we’re going to be able to see better outcomes that way.
So. 100%, yeah.
That’s what I.
That’s a good point.
Love it.
We wanted to share also a couple of highlights from providers, patients with diabetes digital, because these literally make our year.
21:38
I feel like this review from a provider made my 2025 for sure.
So she wrote and this is someone I think who gets it.
And so I want to share.
So she says hello.
I’m taking a moment to say I’m finally hearing back from patients.
21:55
We’ve referred to two last week, just said very moving and impactful things.
They’re motivated to improve their diets.
They’re dropping their A1 CS, and both of them said that your advice was practical, actionable, and address them where they were emotionally with all the stress in their lives.
22:12
We’ve never had that kind of diabetes coaching support.
And I appreciate so much that you are really working with our patients in depth and with compassion.
And they said we’re thrilled to be working with your dietitians and look forward to reviewing those notes.
This is from Doctor Somna Reddy.
22:28
She said we could share this review.
She also said cuz she sent another e-mail cuz I was asking like, or I was telling her like, thank you so much.
She said that her patients were saying that our dietitians were even more helpful than their therapist, which is amazing and I think speaks to just what you’re going to get from a good dietitian.
22:48
It’s going to be not just about the food and the meal plan, which I think that’s what most people think that we focus on, but it’s also the work around food and feelings It we’re not therapists, but it’s like a lot of it is like, you know, it’s deep for people because food and feeling stuff goes back so far.
23:07
You know that looking at their parents diet, like all the things as well as the motivational interviewing, getting people to actually make behavior change and the accountability around it.
So you can have a plan, but if you don’t have any way to implement it, like it’s useless.
And I think that’s what makes our dietitian so special.
23:25
Yeah, I love the feedback that we get from our referring providers just about how much of an impact nutrition counseling can make.
And we also have our patients.
We are always like sending quarterly surveys because we’re very eager to get feedback.
We’re always looking to improve and we do track outcomes.
23:42
So we get baseline readings for lab work, and then we’ll do lab readings every three months depending on the condition that you have, just to see like what kind of impact our services are making with people.
And we have so many different case studies.
23:57
For one person, they had type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
They worked with us for three months and their A1C went from a 13.5 to a 7.5, which is a huge, huge decrease.
Also, their fasting blood glucose went down significantly and when you have an A1C at a 13.5, you’re at a significantly higher risk for complications.
24:21
So for this patient to be able to get it down to 7.5 speaks volumes to the work that our dietitian Jenny did with this patient.
And this patient left us the sweetest review.
They said, I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have found Diabetes Digital.
24:39
We desperately need more weight inclusive, culturally relevant healthcare providers and you guys are doing it excellently.
Like when we read these things, we’re like, Oh my God, all of the all of the sleepless nights and headaches are worth it.
So worth it beyond.
24:55
Yeah, I know I want to work with one of our dietitians.
It’s not appropriate at this point, but.
Yeah, I’m like, I don’t think we can because of it.
No, we.
Can’t like.
They’re amazing.
They’re amazing.
Like my mom’s working with like one of our dietitians.
Like my husband too, he’s worked with a few.
25:11
Of them, yeah.
So we love everyone.
Thank you so much.
A couple really quick things.
We have some events, we have so many events.

26:19
Spoiler alert.

26:36

Go to diabetesdigital.co slash quiz and you can book straight from there.
Yeah, we are so excited for what 2026 will bring.
26:54
Very, very curious to see how it all unfolds for us.
We always plan, plan, plan, and then things never go according to plan.
So I’m curious to see what’s in the books for us.
I was telling Des we have to book an astrology session with our girl.
We have a birth chart reader with our girl and Dada to see what’s in the books.
27:11
Try to do some forecasting because yeah, I’m.
I’m really, she is accurate and she and she has said really good things on the business side.
So I’m like, I wonder what you did on the horizon for this year for us.
Yeah, she said something about yeah like 20.
27:29
I have to re listen but it’s coming.
It’s coming.
You’re listening.
Too, I will say it’s not even like for me personally, like I don’t even care about, I really truly don’t like, I don’t really care about like being rich or making a ton of money.
27:49
I just want to have like a good solid business where we make a salary.
Like what is the word commiserate?
Is that the word with like the work that we’re doing and with and get pay ourselves back at some point.
But like, my goal is not like this crazy venture company that’s like disrupting everything and, you know, stripping everyone dry, like no, it’s just a good solid company that I like and hopefully people like to work at.
28:16
Like that’s really the goal and that people get help from so, but this was wonderful.
We’ll see what happens with 2026.
Yeah, we’ll, we’ll find out as you’re finding out what’s in the books.
28:31
What’s in the books?
Listen and by the way, thank you a few thank yous one to Jenny for planning this episode in all of our episodes.
Jenny is our outreach manager.
She is awesome.
She’s one of our dietitians, incredible dietitian.
And thank you to our food Heaven listeners who have been rocking with us.
28:51
We there’s still a lot of you guys that rock with us and like we said in the first episode for this year, we are switching the pod based on your reviews because we listen and we take action and you guys like the more informal episodes that are kind of covering different things.
29:10
So we are bringing that back this year.
We’re going to mix it up again.
So definitely stay tuned.
You know, click, click on the episodes because y’all are subscribed, but y’all got to click again and share with a friend anyone who has diabetes pre PCOS and even someone who is on GLP ones, which we’re going to start talking more about that.
29:31
There’s our dietitians are saying half of their patients are on GLP ones now for many different reasons.
So we’re going to unpack all that on the pod too.
And if you are on one, like we want you to have the support of a dietitian to make sure you’re still nourishing yourself and to talk about all the body image stuff that might come up.
29:50
So any last thoughts, Wendy?
That all sounds great, super excited to see what this year holds for us and make sure you stay tuned.
All right, talk to you next time.
